Before striking out on his own, he gained valuable experience as a captive agent with some of the well-known insurance companies. When he first launched his business in 2019, it was known as “United Karenni Insurance Group.” But in 2024, he rebranded it as “Mingala Insurance Agency” to better serve a broader community. Today, Mingala Insurance Agency continues to grow, helping mostly Myanmar American individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs.
